Pre-Retreat Expectations

Ability to comfortably run 5 miles on back to back days over a 3 day period. These are trails!

Location

Beautiful North Georgia Mountains in Blue Ridge, GA focused on trail running, nature, and mindfulness.

Lodging

Attendees will enjoy their cute room and bath at the quaint Blue Ridge Inn in downtown Blue Ridge, GA.

Activities

15 miles of trail running over 3 days, a paddle board yoga class, customized workshops, and healthy catered meals.

Swag

Fun items to include a running retreat workbook, local nature related goodies, and running stuff!

Business transformation leader by day, Jessica is driven to learn how to support and cultivate individual change. She's found that in our fast-paced work dominated by screens, the best ways to stay grounded are through movement, nature, and mindfulness. You can often find her on local trails or at the neighborhood brewery.

Michele Bell

Runner by passion and number cruncher by day, Michele strives to keep balance in her life by maintaining focus on goal setting whether it be training for a race or managing a client's finances.  When she's not buried in a spreadsheet, you'll find her running the trails with her rescue dog and planning her next adventure.
